PoleFreaks aims to bring the Pole Fitness Community together with good, reliable information, helping pole enthusiasts of all levels to improve together and celebrate their achievements.
Our founder, Holly Munson explains how PoleFreaks was born:
When I started Pole Dancing, I found that there wasn't a great deal of information available to help pole dancers. When I became more experienced on the pole I decided to start writing a blog to accompany my Pole Dancing classes. My aim was, and still is, to help and inform those who want to learn more.
I wanted to write about everything pole related from strength training, nutrition and health to more specific advice, such as help with particular moves. I also wanted to write personal articles to share my own pole journey and achievements.
